Season 2 · Born, But Not Yet Alive

EXITtheDEFAULT

What if the beliefs running your life were never really yours?

You make decisions. You choose relationships. You pursue success. You decide what is right and wrong. You know what kind of person you should be.

Or do you?

Long before you consciously chose your life, you began absorbing invisible answers about how life is supposed to be lived. From family. Culture. School. Religion. Society. From what you saw around money, marriage, duty, respectability, success, failure, fear and love.

Eventually, those answers stopped sounding like things you had learned.

They started sounding like you.

And that may explain why you can know so much, understand so much, want something deeply… and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.

Eight Saturdays. Eight questions.

One journey into what it means to become fully alive.

Live with Nirmann Sir

The Zouddha Framework

The question behind the journey

“What makes a life worth living?”

Not an escape from ordinary life. An invitation to question the defaults shaping your work, relationships and sense of self.

Nirmann Sir does not ask you to replace your conditioning with his.

“Here is something you may already believe. Shall we examine whether it is true for you?”

The intention is not to create followers. It is to create seeing.

Does any of this feel familiar?

Maybe you don’t need more information.

Maybe you need to see what has been quietly running you.

  • You know what you should do…

but you keep doing something else.

  • You promise yourself you will not react that way again…

and then the same anger, fear or hurt takes over.

  • You achieve something you wanted badly…

and within days, the next desire appears.

  • You want people to accept you…

even when their approval costs you your own truth.

  • You keep postponing what matters…

while remaining incredibly busy with what doesn’t.

  • You love your family…

but sometimes feel trapped inside the roles you are expected to perform.

  • You have learned so much about life…

yet certain parts of your life stubbornly refuse to change.

You may have done almost everything a successful person is supposed to do… and still occasionally wonder:

Is this it?

If even one of these feels familiar, there may be a reason.

Here is the good news.

A pattern is not a verdict on you.

A repeating pattern does not necessarily mean you lack willpower, intelligence or understanding.

Perhaps you have simply never examined the Operating System underneath the pattern.

Who taught you what success means? What a good marriage looks like? When you are allowed to rest? How much money is enough?

Who decided what a good son or daughter should do? What strength looks like? What love requires? What makes you worthy? What kind of life deserves admiration?

Most of us never consciously wrote these answers. We absorbed them. Repeated long enough, they became our defaults.

What is a default?

A default is an assumption you no longer remember choosing.

It operates quietly beneath your decisions. It tells you:

  • This is what success looks like.
  • This is what love requires.
  • This is what people will think.
  • This is what someone your age should have achieved by now.
  • This is what a good parent does.
  • This is what a respectable person cannot do.
  • This is what will finally make you happy.

You can spend years solving the wrong problem.

Changing your circumstances doesn’t always change your life.

  • You can move to another city… and carry the same fear with you.
  • You can enter another relationship… and recreate the same emotional pattern.
  • You can earn more… and carry the same insufficiency.
  • You can leave one job… and rebuild the same prison somewhere else.
  • You can become more successful… without ever asking whether the destination was yours.
You can spend twenty years becoming successful at a life you never consciously chose.

But the moment you can see a default, it is no longer completely invisible.

You finally have a choice.

What may actually begin to change?

Exit the Default does not promise that eight conversations will magically solve every difficulty in your life. Something more useful can begin:

“That is not simply reality. That is a belief I learned.”

FromAutomatic reaction

ToNoticing the reaction before obeying it.

FromLiving for approval

ToNoticing when acceptance is costing you your truth.

FromInherited definitions of success

ToAsking what success actually means to you.

FromRepeating relationship patterns

ToNoticing the assumptions beneath them.

FromEndless wanting

ToRecognising when desire has become insufficiency.

FromPerforming identities

ToQuestioning who you are beneath the role.

FromWaiting for life to begin

ToParticipating in the life already happening.

FromKnowing intellectually

ToSeeing personally.

One thing clearly seen cannot be unseen again.

In their words

What participants have begun to see

Why Exit the Default exists

Knowing is not always seeing.

Across achievement and inquiry, one question kept appearing:

Why do intelligent people often know exactly what they should do — and still keep repeating what they say they want to change?

Perhaps underneath information was an Operating System: a network of assumptions, beliefs, identities, fears and definitions quietly determining what seems possible, appropriate, desirable or dangerous. Exit the Default was created to examine that layer.

Not another belief system.

Some inherited beliefs may be beautiful. Some may have protected you. Some may still deserve to stay. The question is not simply whether you inherited them.

Did you choose them consciously?

A conscious principle and an unconscious default can look exactly the same from the outside. But they create very different lives.

The ETD creed

  1. See

    See what is running you.

  2. Question

    Question what you inherited.

  3. Keep

    Keep what is true.

  4. Release

    Release what is finished.

  5. Choose again

Choose consciously what deserves to guide your life now.

This is not rebellion for the sake of rebellion. You do not leave one default merely to adopt another. You examine. You discern. You choose again.

What happens every Saturday?

For approximately two hours, the noise of the week gives way to one question. Nirmann Sir opens the inquiry through stories, everyday life, psychology, philosophy, relationships, work, desire, identity, consciousness, humour, silence — and, where appropriate, meditation or experiential work.

The purpose is not to give you more information. It is to help you notice something about your own life.

Then the live session closes. But Monday comes. Someone criticises you. A child says something. A partner reacts. Money becomes tight. A decision appears.

You may catch the default while it is happening.

That is when ETD becomes real.

The ETD method

  1. 01

    Question

Not ‘How do I become more successful?’ But: who taught me what success means? Not ‘How do I get more love?’ But: what am I calling love? Not ‘How do I become happier?’ But: why have I made happiness conditional?

  2. 02

    Examine

We uncover the hidden assumptions beneath the question.

  3. 03

    See

The inquiry turns inward. Not somebody else’s conditioning. Yours.

  4. 04

    Experience

Where appropriate, contemplation, meditation or an experiential process takes the inquiry beyond intellectual understanding. Knowing an idea is not the same thing as seeing yourself.

  5. 05

    Live it

You leave with a distinction, question or practice to carry into ordinary life. The real ETD session begins when life happens again.

Season 2 · Born, But Not Yet Alive

What does it actually mean to be alive?

Being born is biological. Being alive is something else. You can breathe, work, earn, marry, raise children, travel, achieve and grow older — and still live primarily through habit, reaction, expectation and conditioning.

Eight Saturdays. Eight questions. Eight doors into one inquiry.

24 October 2026 · 8:30 PM IST

Are You Alive—or Merely Existing?

There is a difference between having a pulse and having a life. How much of your day is consciously lived — and how much simply happens through routine, reaction and repetition? Especially for anyone who has built a functional life but occasionally wonders where the aliveness went.

Are You Breaking Stones—or Building a Cathedral?

Two people can do exactly the same work and inhabit completely different lives. One experiences labour. The other experiences meaning. What changes when what you do becomes connected to something larger than the task itself? Especially relevant if you are productive but not always fulfilled.

Why Experience Doesn't Make You Wise

Age gives us experiences. It does not automatically give us wisdom. Some people repeat the same emotional lesson for thirty years — different person, different situation, same lesson. This episode asks why experience alone has not changed a familiar pattern.

The Life You Seek Is Already Here

We spend enormous portions of life trying to arrive — someday, somewhere, after something changes, after somebody changes, after I have enough, after I become enough. What if life is not waiting at the destination? What if the life you keep postponing is already happening?

A monthly pass covers the Saturdays within its active month, not all eight episodes. The annual pass includes the complete season.

New to Exit the Default?

Perfect. You have missed nothing.

  • Season 2 stands on its own.
  • You do not need Season 1.
  • You do not need to meditate.
  • You do not need to know philosophy.
  • You do not need to consider yourself spiritual.
  • You simply need curiosity — and honesty.

“Why do I live the way I live?”

And enough honesty to occasionally discover: I don’t actually know. That is where inquiry begins.

No annual commitment required

Start with just one month.

You do not need to decide today whether Exit the Default is for you long-term. Come for a month. Experience it. Watch what happens during your week. See whether you begin noticing things you had previously missed.

Then decide.

If you decide to continue, your paid monthly pass is credited toward annual membership. Paid ₹998? Pay only ₹7,000 more.

Your first month

₹998

  • Every live Saturday during your active pass month
  • Approximately two hours live with Nirmann Sir per session
  • Replay access for included episodes
  • Weekly Exit Notes and reflection material
  • Calendar invite and episode reminders
  • Included weekly inquiry material where applicable

One calendar month. Before launch, your pass begins 24 October and includes five Saturdays through 23 November. Not all eight Season 2 episodes.

  • Camera optional — you can just listen
  • Replays if you miss a Saturday
  • Secure card and UPI payment
  • Joining link and calendar invite arrive instantly by email

If you already know you want the longer journey

A continuing practice of seeing.

Not one question. Not one month.
A full year inside the inquiry.

Recognising one default is useful. Developing the habit of noticing defaults while life is actually happening is something else entirely.

₹998 × 12 months = ₹11,976

You save ₹3,978.

But the deeper advantage is continuity.

Achievement and inquiry

This may be for you if…

  • You have achieved things but still sense something unresolved underneath.
  • You understand some of your patterns intellectually but still repeat them.
  • You are questioning conventional definitions of success.
  • You want greater clarity in relationships.
  • You feel torn between your desires and other people’s expectations.
  • You are entering a transition.
  • You are successful on paper but not always at peace inside.
  • You have done personal-development work and want something less formulaic.
  • Nothing is terribly wrong — you simply suspect life can be lived more consciously.

This may not be for you if…

  • You want instant answers.
  • You want Nirmann Sir to tell you exactly what to believe.
  • You want a formula guaranteeing wealth, success, love or happiness.
  • You are unwilling to examine your own assumptions.
  • You want transformation without participation.
ETD is an inquiry. Your participation matters.

Before you join

I didn’t attend Season 1. Can I join?
Absolutely. Season 2 stands independently. Begin here. No meditation or philosophy experience is required.
What does a Season 2 pass include?
The ₹998 monthly pass includes every live exploration that month. The ₹7,998 yearly pass includes a full year of live explorations, extended replays and every Realm Code.
Can I buy a single episode?
Season 2 is designed as one progressive mystery, so access is offered through monthly and yearly passes rather than single-session tickets.
Where does it happen?
Live on Zoom. Your personal joining link reaches you by email and WhatsApp the moment you reserve a seat, and again before the session starts.
Do I have to speak or show my face?
No. You can stay off camera and simply listen. Questions can be typed in, never demanded of you.
Is it recorded?
Yes — replay access is shared according to the rules of that exploration, so a clash at work doesn't cost you the evening.
How long is it?
Approximately two hours, starting 8:30 PM IST.
Who is this for?
Anyone genuinely willing to learn — to sit with a question honestly and examine their own life. It is an open space, but not a casual one.
Is this therapy?
No. Exit the Default is an educational and personal-development experience. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or other professional healthcare.
Is ETD a course?
Not in the conventional sense. There is no syllabus to memorise and no ideology you are required to adopt. Think of ETD as a continuing live inquiry into life, with each episode examining one default most of us rarely question.
What does ₹998 include?
Every Saturday episode during one calendar month of access, with replays for included episodes, Exit Notes, supporting inquiry material and reminders. Before launch, your pass begins 24 October and runs through 23 November, including five Saturdays.
Does ₹998 include all eight episodes of Season 2?
No. The monthly pass is a low-commitment way to begin. It includes the Saturdays within your active month; the annual pass includes the complete season.
Can I upgrade my monthly pass to annual?
Yes. Sign in with the email used for your active paid India monthly pass. Your payment is credited once toward ₹7,998. If you paid ₹998, you pay ₹7,000 more. Discounted monthly passes receive the amount actually paid. Annual access runs for twelve months from your original monthly start date. Free, refunded and previously credited passes are not eligible; additional coupons cannot be combined.

One last question.

A year from now, whose script will you be living?

You will still be living according to some set of assumptions about love, money, success, family, work, happiness, identity, purpose and yourself. Some inherited. Some learned. Some conscious. Some unconscious.

The question is not whether you will live according to some kind of script.

The question is whether you will ever read it.

Because once you see what has been running your life, you no longer have to obey it automatically. You can examine it.

Keep what is true. Release what is finished.
Rewrite what no longer belongs. Choose again.

Exit the Default · Season 2

Stop living automatically.
Start seeing consciously.

Discover what becomes possible when your life begins to belong to you.

Eight Saturdays. Eight questions. Begins 24 October 2026 · 8:30 PM IST.

Start with one month. No annual commitment.
