Tickets are non-refundable
Seats for a live exploration are limited and are held for you as soon as you book, so tickets are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. This includes not being able to attend, changing your mind, or missing the session.
When we do refund
- If Zouddha Trust cancels an exploration and does not offer a replacement date, you receive a full refund.
- If Zouddha Trust reschedules an exploration and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund.
- If you were charged more than once for the same ticket, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
- If a payment was debited but no ticket was issued, the amount is refunded in full.
If you cannot attend
Where a refund does not apply, write to us before the session and we will do our best to move your access to a future exploration in the series. This is offered as a courtesy and depends on availability.
How to request a refund
Email support@zouddha.com from the address you used at checkout, with your ticket code or payment reference and a short note about what happened. For a cancelled or rescheduled exploration, please write within 7 days of our announcement.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once initiated, the amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account.
Failed payments
If a payment fails but an amount is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it does not reach you, write to us with the payment reference and we will follow it up with Razorpay.
