Exit the Default is a series of paid live online explorations operated by Zouddha Trust, Dehradun, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Zouddha Trust, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or books a ticket.

• Details you enter at checkout: your name, email address and phone number.
• Order information: the ticket you purchased, the amount paid, the payment reference and the ticket code we issue to you.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand traffic.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI credentials, net-banking logins and similar payment credentials are entered on Razorpay's checkout and are never received or stored by us.

• To issue your ticket and send your confirmation email with joining details.
• To give you access to the live exploration you paid for and to your ticket in My Exit.
• To answer support requests about tickets, access or refunds.
• To measure and improve our advertising and understand which pages lead to bookings.

• Razorpay — payment processing for ticket purchases.
• Resend — delivery of ticket confirmation and service emails.
• Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — measurement of website and purchase events for advertising. Where required by Meta, contact details such as email or phone are sent in a hashed form.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store order and ticket records so we can serve your ticket back to you.

We store a small record in your browser after a purchase so the site can recognise you as a ticket holder and show your ticket without asking you to sign in each time. Advertising and analytics services listed above may also set cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time; doing so will hide your ticket on that device until you look it up again with your email.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, to the extent they need it to run payments, email and measurement for us, or where we are required to disclose it by law.

We keep order and ticket records for as long as needed to support you, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails. Ticket and order emails are part of the service and are sent for every purchase.
