This website and the Exit the Default series are operated by Zouddha Trust, Dehradun, India. By using this website or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Exit the Default is a series of live online explorations hosted by Nirmann Sir. A ticket gives you access to attend the live exploration it was issued for, at the scheduled date and time, along with any access materials we send with it.

These explorations are reflective and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you are dealing with a health or crisis situation, please seek qualified help.

• A ticket is issued to one person for personal, single-viewer access.
• Do not share your joining link, ticket code or QR code. We may revoke access used by more than one person.
• Recording, screen-capturing, re-streaming, reselling or publishing any part of an exploration is not permitted.
• All content, artwork, text and recordings remain the property of Zouddha Trust.

Live sessions occasionally have to move. If we change the date or time of an exploration, we will inform you by email at the address you gave at checkout. If we cancel or reschedule and you cannot attend the new date, the refund terms on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page apply.

• Give accurate contact details at checkout — your ticket is delivered to the email you enter.
• Make sure you have a working internet connection and device before the session begins.
• Treat the host and other attendees with respect. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive or harmful, without a refund.

Ticket prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

We work to keep this site and our live sessions available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third party platforms are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Decisions you take in your own life following an exploration remain your own.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the date at the top of the page, is the one that applies.
